Our Shell-Only package includes the completed exterior structure of the home(painting and staining not included) as well as the interior walls are framed, providing a fully dried-in building ready for mechanicals and interior finish work to start.

The Shell package includes:

• Exterior siding (Barndominium or Traditional style)

• Windows and exterior doors

The Shell package does not include site work, utilities, electrical, plumbing, or HVAC systems, insulation, drywall, interior finishes, cabinetry, flooring, trim, fixtures etc...

This option is ideal for customers who plan to complete the interior work independently or through separate subcontractors.
